Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to the highest hygiene standards.
- Ensure all room amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked according to hotel policy.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Provide a personalized guest experience by attending to specific room requests or preferences.
- Handle guest laundry, dry cleaning, and valet requests with care and efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, vacuum cleaners, and housekeeping carts in good working order.
- Adhere strictly to hotel security protocols and guest privacy policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and a professional appearance.
