Fortune Valley, a premier beachfront resort located in the charming coastal town of Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our guest rooms and public areas.
In this role, you will ensure that every room is meticulously cleaned, stocked, and prepared for our guests. You will respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to uphold our reputation for excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replenish linens, towels, and in-room amenities according to hotel guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages and report to supervisors promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring timely delivery of fresh linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate stock needs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a housekeeping role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot cleanliness gaps.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
