Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make and change beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms to a spotless condition.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and drinking water in accordance with the resort's standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items in the rooms to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized linen room, ensuring all laundry is sorted and stored correctly.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Offer a friendly and professional greeting to guests to enhance their overall experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
