Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all furniture is dusted and polished.
- Replace amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions to maintain inventory levels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Sort and organize laundry, linens, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Physically fit to perform standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning quotas.
