Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedroom areas, and balconies.
- Ensure all room amenities are stocked to company standards and presented attractively.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as per established hotel procedures.
- Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces using professional-grade equipment and cleaning agents.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen carts, ensuring efficiency in daily workflows.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety compliance at all times while performing duties.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding their housekeeping requests or inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality-related roles is a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks effectively.
