Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas
- Prepare and maintain all room amenities according to resort standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly to maintenance team
- Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and safety procedures
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability
