As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and the reputation of our hotel. Tanggung Jawab
- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to meet company standards.
- Amenities: Ensure guest rooms are adequately stocked with toiletries, linens, and other amenities.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing requests and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, such as broken furniture or plumbing, to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Maintain an organized laundry area and ensure all equipment is stored safely and correctly.
- Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Shift Work: Perform duties as assigned, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 hotel operations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (linens, furniture) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure rooms are immaculate.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English (local dialect is a plus).
- Integrity: Professional demeanor and ability to handle guest information discreetly.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts and weekends.
