Tanggung Jawab
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and polishing fixtures
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to hotel standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs to management
- Stock cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage of chemicals/equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, elevators, and public areas on assigned floors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid work permit for Singapore (if applicable)
