- Clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens and replenish amenities to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
- Ensure all furniture and fixtures are dusted, polished, and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the engineering or management team.
- Handle guest requests, luggage assistance, and provide information about the property and local area.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is preferred; basic English skills are sufficient.
