You will be tasked with changing bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly arranged, as well as restocking toiletries and amenities to meet guest needs. We value employees who can inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the engineering or management team. Additionally, you must ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly, while adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols set by the hotel management. - Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh, crisp, and neatly arranged.
- Restock toiletries and amenities to ensure guest needs are met immediately.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness lapses and report them promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly after use.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols set by the hotel management and local regulations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Sort and manage laundry according to color and fabric type standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not strictly required for daily workers.
- Physically fit and able to perform standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness are essential.
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage for interacting with international guests.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Must possess a valid ID card (KTP) and be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
