Tanggung Jawab

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to Far East Hospitality's high-quality brand standards.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies in a timely and organized manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged furniture to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure lost and found items are handled according to company protocols and security procedures.
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding their room needs or inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality-related roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a fast pace.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Flexible work availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
