Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to meet hotel hygiene standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities such as towels, soap, and stationary.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen carts to ensure efficiency throughout the shift.
- Handle guest requests for additional items (e.g., extra pillows, blankets) with professionalism and speed.
- Assist in the cleaning of common areas and hotel facilities as directed by management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy and personal property at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Basic command of English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate hotel occupancy needs.
- A positive, service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
