Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all room amenities are stocked and replenished accurately.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while maintaining a safe workspace.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
