Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue per available room
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained across all touchpoints
- Manage, train, and mentor room division staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and control operational expenses within the rooms division
- Coordinate with other departments, including Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in room division management
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets in hotel operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
- Knowledge of local tourism industry and market trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
