Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations for both Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and proactively address feedback to ensure excellent ratings.
- Lead, train, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve peak performance.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize room inventory and maximize occupancy.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and maintenance standards across all room categories and public areas.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and supply inventories effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Proven track record in managing both Front Office and Housekeeping operations simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of hotel management software (PMS) and modern guest service technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a multicultural setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound, guest-centric decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, high-growth hospitality environment.
