Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily room quality audits based on the standard room audit checklist before guest arrival.
- Verify room conditions, cleanliness, and amenities to ensure 100% guest readiness.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to rectify room defects promptly.
- Inspect linens, furniture, and fixtures to maintain brand standards.
- Document audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure all safety and security features in guest rooms are operational.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or room inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
