Hijo is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rooms Division Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Madaum, Davao del Norte. As the Rooms Division Supervisor, you will lead the bridge between our Front Office and Housekeeping teams. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service, ensuring our facilities remain a top-tier destination for guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth check-in/out procedures and guest communication.
- Monitor Housekeeping workflows to ensure rooms meet company hygiene and presentation standards before guest arrival.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high level of service consistency.
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, turning challenges into positive guest experiences.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure timely room turnover and facility upkeep.
- Generate and analyze daily reports on room inventory, occupancy, and departmental productivity.
- Enforce company health and safety protocols across all rooms division areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a hotel or resort environment.
- Deep understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) and front-desk operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on staff development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- High attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
