PT Egamekinka Pratama is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our mechanical assets.
As an expert in rotating equipment, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and performance optimization of various machinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes. You will work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and implement proactive reliability strategies. This is a contract-based position that offers a great opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise and contribute to high-impact engineering projects within the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, and blowers.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
- Analyze equipment failure data and lead root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring mechanical issues.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and calibration activities for new and refurbished rotating equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and technical documentation for critical mechanical assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize site performance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in rotating equipment maintenance or mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of vibration analysis, lubrication, and mechanical seal systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to adapt to site-specific work environments in the Jawa Barat region.
