Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of rotating machinery using vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic testing
- Identify equipment anomalies, wear patterns, and potential failure modes through advanced diagnostic techniques
- Generate detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations for maintenance teams
- Collaborate with engineering departments to develop preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ISO) and company safety protocols
- Train junior technicians on inspection methodologies and equipment reliability best practices
- Manage inspection equipment calibration and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment inspection and maintenance
- Certification in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) or Vibration Analysis preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools including vibration analyzers, thermographic cameras, and ultrasound equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems failure analysis and root cause investigation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Excellent documentation skills and report writing capabilities
- Valid certification in industrial safety standards (OSHA/ISO 45001)
