Tanggung Jawab

  • Operate and maintain industrial rotisserie ovens to ensure consistent cooking quality.
  • Prepare chicken and other poultry products for roasting according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP).
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ingredient preparation and stocking.
  • Provide exceptional service by ensuring products are displayed and served at peak freshness.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Kitchen Assistant, preferably in rotisserie or poultry preparation.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized recipes.
  • Physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen equipment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in Culinary Arts is a plus.
