Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial rotisserie ovens to ensure consistent cooking quality.
- Prepare chicken and other poultry products for roasting according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ingredient preparation and stocking.
- Provide exceptional service by ensuring products are displayed and served at peak freshness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Kitchen Assistant, preferably in rotisserie or poultry preparation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized recipes.
- Physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen equipment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in Culinary Arts is a plus.
