Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities along assigned sales routes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular route visits and personalized service
- Effectively promote and sell Sunny & Scramble's products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Manage territory-specific sales targets through strategic planning and execution of daily route schedules
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales, route sales, or field sales with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable to territory)
- Proficiency in mobile sales technologies and basic CRM software
- Knowledge of San Mateo, Rizal market and surrounding areas preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team alignment
- High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred
