Asia Brewery Incorporated is one of the leading names in the Philippine beverage industry, and we are looking for a strategic and data-driven Route-to-Market (RTM) Manager to join our dynamic sales leadership team in Makati City. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our production excellence and our presence on the retail shelf.
As the RTM Manager, you will be the architect of our distribution network, responsible for designing, implementing, and refining strategies that ensure our products reach every corner of your assigned territories with maximum efficiency and minimum cost. You will analyze market trends, evaluate distributor performance, and pioneer innovative delivery models in an ever-evolving FMCG landscape. We are seeking a professional who combines high-level strategic thinking with the tactical ability to execute complex field operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Route-to-Market strategies to maximize market penetration and service levels across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular audits of the distribution network to identify service gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Lead the selection, onboarding, and performance management of third-party distributors and logistics partners.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to drop size, frequency of visit, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Utilize Sales Force Automation (SFA) data to map optimal delivery routes and improve sales representative productivity.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability aligns with promotional activities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on competitive landscape analysis and emerging retail trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Distribution Management, or RTM roles within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Proven expertise in territory mapping and distributor management models.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine traditional (Sari-sari stores) and modern trade landscape.
- Willingness to travel to various field locations as required for strategy implementation and auditing.
