In this critical role, you will be responsible for the architectural design and execution of our distribution strategies, ensuring our diverse product portfolio reaches the right customers at the right time through the most efficient channels.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and a proven track record of optimizing cost-to-serve while maximizing market penetration. You will serve as the bridge between our sales objectives and operational execution, identifying growth opportunities in both General Trade and Modern Trade sectors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to improve distribution efficiency and product availability.
  • Analyze and optimize the current distribution network, evaluating the performance of third-party distributors and wholesalers.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and distribution teams to ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify untapped geographical areas and new channel opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to synchronize product launches and promotional activities with RTM execution.
  • Manage the RTM budget and provide regular reporting on ROI and cost-to-serve metrics to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor regional sales leads to ensure consistent execution of the RTM framework across all territories.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in RTM management or Sales Operations within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and sales management software.
  • Proven experience in managing complex distribution networks and multi-channel sales environments.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and market execution.
