As an RTM Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of products through various channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize our market penetration and achieve revenue targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive route-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
- Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure maximum market coverage and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and supply chain initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate channel performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing multi-channel distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in the Indonesian market with deep understanding of local consumer dynamics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; exceptional communication skills
