Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily production activities across multiple lines to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Direct and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and high performance.
- Conduct regular floor inspections to identify bottlenecks, quality issues, or equipment failures and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hygiene regulations.
- Manage labor allocation and rotation to optimize staffing levels based on daily production demands.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, production logs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to resolve supply chain or technical maintenance issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Lead within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a roving capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a manufacturing plant.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
