We are seeking a highly organized and experienced ROW Officer to join the dynamic team at Asiapro Multi-Purpose Cooperative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of land acquisition processes, ensuring that our resource projects secure the necessary rights of way with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. You will act as the primary liaison between the cooperative, landowners, and various government agencies.
Your expertise in documentation and negotiation will be critical as you oversee the preparation of land agreements, coordinate technical site surveys, and ensure strict adherence to all local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and land surveys to determine accurate project boundaries.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with landowners and tenants to secure Right of Way (ROW) permits and easements.
- Prepare, review, and process all necessary legal documentation, titles, and land agreements.
- Coordinate closely with legal counsel, engineers, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure land acquisition milestones are met on schedule.
- Resolve land-related disputes and conflicts amicably through effective mediation and communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Land Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in land acquisition or ROW management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive discussions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Thorough understanding of local government regulations and land use permit requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
