Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-standard tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable automation scripts with error handling and logging
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of automated workflows
- Monitor and optimize bot performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and efficiency
- Train business users on new automation solutions and provide ongoing support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development and process automation
- Proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere certification preferred)
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or VB.NET for bot development
- Experience with database integration (SQL, Oracle) and API interactions
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in RPA or process automation methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering
