Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement RPA workflows using Power Automate and UiPath for accounts payable automation
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop efficiency solutions
- Develop scripts for invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment handling workflows
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Test, debug, and optimize automation solutions for accuracy and performance
- Document processes and provide training to end-users on new automation tools
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development with Power Automate and UiPath
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial operations
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript) and SQL
- Experience with process mapping and business analysis methodologies
- Certification in UiPath or Power Platform (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
