Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily execution of RPA bots, ensuring high uptime and process accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical exceptions and bot failures in real-time.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production incidents to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including process maps and incident logs.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy hotfixes and implement minor configuration enhancements.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding system maintenance, downtime, and performance status.
- Optimize existing automation scripts to improve execution speed and resource efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA support, maintenance, or technical operations.
- Hands-on experience with major RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to debugging complex workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, or VBA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
