Shopee is seeking a dynamic RTS, Claims & Recovery Functional Lead to oversee the Return to Shipper (RTS) and Seller processes at our Sorting Center. In this key role, you will partner closely with the claims team to manage past-due items and significantly reduce claims on RTS shipments. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and leading initiatives that maximize recovery rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end Return to Shipper (RTS) process from receipt to resolution.
- Collaborate with the claims team to mitigate risks and manage past-due items effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recovery rates and claims ratios.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the Sorting Center.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze data trends to identify root causes of delays and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and supervise the functional team to ensure high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on Returns Management or Claims Processing.
- Proven experience in a functional lead or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment and reverse logistics workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
