Shopee is seeking a dedicated RTS/Recovery Shift In Charge to join our SPX Express team in Meycauayan City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that returned-to-sender (RTS) parcels and recovery processes are managed with precision.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating directly with the SOC Operations team, Middle Mile logistics, and Fleet Management units. Your leadership will be critical in minimizing downtime, optimizing parcel flow, and ensuring that our dispatch timelines meet the high standards our customers expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end RTS (Return-to-Sender) and parcel recovery workflows within the sorting center.
- Collaborate with Middle Mile and Fleet Management teams to ensure seamless dispatch and recovery schedules.
- Monitor shift performance metrics and KPIs, implementing real-time adjustments to meet operational targets.
- Manage a team of floor staff, providing clear instructions and maintaining a culture of safety and productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and quality checks on recovered parcels to prevent shrinkage and mis-sorting.
- Address operational bottlenecks proactively and escalate issues to the Sorting Center Manager when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare shift reports for management, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or sorting center management.
- Strong understanding of last-mile and middle-mile logistics workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams during high-pressure shifts.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
