Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily forwarding operations to ensure timely delivery and meet customer demands.
- Handle loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and proper handling of cold chain products.
- Resolve shipment issues and logistical bottlenecks on the same day to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders accurately.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Male preferred (as per company requirement).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold chain is a plus.
