Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently transport food and beverages from the kitchen/bar area to guest tables.
- Ensure all items are delivered to the correct table number and match the order ticket precisely.
- Assist waitstaff in maintaining table cleanliness and resetting areas during high-traffic periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and follow all safety and health regulations.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure service remains seamless and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
- Report any guest concerns or service issues to the floor supervisor immediately.
- Help with opening and closing side-work duties as assigned by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role (Runner, Server, or Barback) in a restaurant or beach club.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic understanding of food service standards and sanitation procedures.
- Must be available to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Fluent in Indonesian; conversational English proficiency is highly preferred.
