Tanggung Jawab
- Assist servers with food and beverage preparation and timely delivery to guest tables.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and workflow.
- Support the kitchen team with urgent requests, appetizers, and side dishes.
- Ensure the service station is fully stocked with necessary supplies and glassware.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Fluency in English is highly valued.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and move quickly.
