As a Runner, you play a pivotal role in our restaurant's operations. You are the vital link between our kitchen staff and the dining room, ensuring that every dish reaches our guests promptly and in perfect condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Transport prepared food items from the kitchen to tables promptly and safely.
- Maintain clear communication between the kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables to maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness.
- Support the service team during peak hours to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Perform quality checks on food orders before delivery to tables.
- Ensure the pantry and service stations are stocked and organized at all times.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally or escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Runner, Server, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy restaurant atmosphere.
