- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest tables while maintaining presentation standards
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Support servers by refilling beverages, clearing tables, and preparing dining spaces
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and guest requests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to inventory management and stocking of service supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
