Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services including diagnosis, treatment, and referrals for rural communities
- Implement and manage immunization programs, maternal health services, and child wellness initiatives
- Conduct regular health education sessions on disease prevention, hygiene, and nutrition
- Maintain accurate patient records and health statistics for public health reporting
- Respond to health emergencies and coordinate with local disaster response teams
- Collaborate with barangay health workers and community leaders on health outreach programs
- Participate in epidemiological surveillance and outbreak response activities
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a CHED-recognized institution
- Valid PRC license with active S2 (specialty) or S3 (general practice) certification
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in primary care or rural health
- Knowledge of local health issues in Northern Luzon region preferred
- Excellent communication skills in local dialects and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote areas
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent
- Willingness to travel within assigned rural health districts
