- Develop and implement comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to align production, inventory, and distribution activities
- Manage all aspects of local vessel operations, including import coordination, scheduling, and terminal management
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service requirements with cost efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of cement products
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vessel operations and inventory management
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to forecast demand and plan capacity
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific focus on S&OP and vessel operations
- Strong understanding of cement production processes and importation logistics
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proven track record of implementing successful S&OP processes in manufacturing or logistics environments
