Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations of our AI-powered compliance platform to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field and refine our value proposition.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a high-performance sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and compliance software landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
