Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analyses of AvePoint's SaaS platform
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with international security standards and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Communicate security findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Japanese and English
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, and implement appropriate countermeasures
- Lead security awareness training programs for employees and customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in security analysis, risk assessment, or related roles
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of SaaS security architectures and best practices
- Experience with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, etc.)
