Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety compliance programs and procedures tailored to process maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to EHS standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Investigate all incidents, near misses, and accidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide expert guidance and training to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
- Ensure all required safety documentation, permits, and licenses are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and HR, to integrate safety into all aspects of planning and execution.
- Monitor changes in safety legislation and industry best practices, implementing necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed safety reports, performance metrics, and compliance summaries for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in safety compliance, EHS management, or a similar role within heavy industry, preferably mining or oil & gas.
- Proven experience with process safety management and maintenance safety protocols.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and international safety standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ANSI, MSHA).
- Professional safety certification (e.g., K3 Umum, NEBOSH, CSP, ASP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
