As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance. The position is based in Tuas, West Region, and comes with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 4,200 to 4,800.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees and promote a culture of safety awareness
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with management to ensure continuous improvement of safety performance
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a safety coordinator role within a manufacturing or chemical industry
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) such as WSH Officer or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees
- Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
