Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure adherence to MOM regulations and company policies.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments (HIRARC) for all site construction activities.
- Coordinate and lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and site induction programs for workers and subcontractors.
- Manage the maintenance and inspection records of all safety equipment and heavy machinery.
- Investigate site incidents or near-misses, preparing detailed reports with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external safety audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WSH coordination within the construction or building industry.
- Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent recognized certification.
- Deep understanding of the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and Singapore’s construction regulations.
- Proficient in identifying safety hazards and implementing practical control measures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with site personnel and management.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
- Valid certification as a WSH Coordinator is mandatory.
