Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety audits and site inspections to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with Indonesian K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular safety training, induction programs, and refresher courses for all employees to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics to management.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, usage, and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all operational areas.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and auditors to maintain ISO 45001 certification and other necessary safety accreditations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety.
- Valid Professional Competency Certificate (Sertifikasi Kompetensi) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety engineering, preferably within the mining, metallurgy, or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations.
