Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees and management on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety engineering or occupational health and safety
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
