Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, including extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms, to ensure full operational readiness.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local safety regulations, health protocols, and industrial safety standards within the facility.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations, such as fires or safety hazards, and coordinate evacuation procedures effectively.
- Investigate safety incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures to management.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions, orientations, and drills for new and existing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety audits, incident reports, and training attendance logs.
- Collaborate with the safety committee to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering (Environmental, Health, Safety), Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., K3/Safety Officer certification) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial safety, fire protection, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of fire prevention systems, emergency response protocols, and first aid procedures.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to remain calm under pressure during critical situations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols strictly.
- Good communication skills to effectively train and advise staff on safety matters.
