We are seeking a proactive Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Officer for a 6-month contract engagement based in Selangor. As the SHE Officer, you will work closely with site management to spearhead safety initiatives, conduct rigorous internal audits, and deliver comprehensive training programs. You will be responsible for upholding strict regulatory standards and fostering a culture of safety-first behavior among all personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive SHE policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with OSH regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Facilitate safety training sessions, tool-box talks, and induction programs for staff and contractors.
- Manage environmental compliance documentation, including waste management and emission reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety performance.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a SHE Officer, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of local DOSH and DOE regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
- Competent in conducting Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRARC) effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to hazard mitigation.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with safety management software is a plus.
