Join AKR Corporindo as a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Branch Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations while driving sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SHE management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and environmental impact evaluations
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Coordinate emergency response planning and crisis management protocols
- Manage regulatory compliance and liaison with government agencies (Kementerian ESDM, BP Batam)
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for operational and support staff
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs and waste management initiatives
- Prepare SHE performance reports for regional headquarters and board review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety
- Minimum 5 years progressive SHE management experience in industrial/commodity sectors
- Valid K3 Umum certification from Indonesian authorities
- Proven track record in implementing ISO 45001/14001 management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (PP 22/2020, PP 74/2019)
- Advanced certification in HAZOP/LOPA or Process Safety Management
- Experience managing SHE teams in remote locations with logistical challenges
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
