Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive SHE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local/international environmental regulations
- Deliver safety training programs to all personnel
- Manage hazardous material handling and waste disposal protocols
- Prepare SHE reports for regulatory submissions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing SHE roles
- Certification in OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred
- Thorough knowledge of DOSH regulations and environmental standards
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proficient in SHE documentation systems
