As a Safety & Health Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. You will be responsible for training employees on safety procedures, investigating incidents, and continuously improving our safety culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels
- Ensure proper documentation of safety activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on the latest safety technologies and best practices in the steel manufacturing industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSH, IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
